Non-governmental non-profit organizations (citizens' associations, non-profit organizations, foundations) established more than 1 year ago, with statutes focused on health or social assistance, that did not receive a grant from the previous year in 2025 (2024/2025). Max. 1 application per organization.The project must have a public-benefit character, a clear implementation plan, a schedule, and a realistic budget. Process: 1) formal review, 2) selection of successful projects, 3) approval by the board of directors.
